Wallasey values and encourages junior membership, there are currently 60 registered juniors aged 8 to 18.  At present the boys outnumber the girls and we would particularly welcome more female players, contact the club secretary for information.

A core group of committed members support and mentor the junior section and the Club Professional offers coaching sessions to junior members at a reduced rate.

Juniors are encouraged to take an active part in local competitions, which are mostly held on Sunday afternoons and also on week-days during school holidays. Competition dates are published in the Club Diary, on this website and on the notice board.

The Junior Section represents the Club in the Wirral Junior League, the Triangular match with Leasowe and Grange Park Golf Clubs, at the Quadrangular match with Royal Liverpool,West Lancs and Formby Golf Clubs, the Eric Fisher Memorial competition at Woolton and the Cheshire Inter - Club competition.
